  22. Previously, all of my VNC sessions were via VPN, and I trusted the
  23. encryption of the VPN tools.
  24. Now, I have some non-VPN opportunities for VNC, and the lack of encryption
  25. was something that I accepted.

  27. I'm using K95 for ssh connections now, and I will see about adding the VNC
  28. via your suggestions.

  32. VNC works from windows to Unix, Unix to Windows, Windows to Windows, Unix
  33. to Unix... and in the case of some firewall situations, we've gone
  34. Windows - Windows - Unix - Unix - Windows.
  35. The latency was a little painful on that one, but it worked.

  37. The VNC web site has some free binaries to download, but no Solaris-x86.
  38. Solaris-x86 has to be obtained from the Solaris Companion CD.
